You can track your order in real-time through the courier partner’s website
❌ Failed Delivery / RTO (Return to Origin)
If a delivery fails due to:
Incorrect address
Customer unavailable
Order refusal
The order may be returned to us (RTO).
In such cases:
Re-shipping charges must be paid by the customer
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping charges
📭 Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
We will investigate and provide a replacement or resolution

Currently, we ship across India only.
International shipping may be introduced in the future.
